Three deadly incidents in local waterways over the weekend.
A woman died after apparently getting caught in a rip current off Palm Beach County.
The victim was swimming off the coast of Jupiter Friday night with her husband and some friends when the water got rough. The woman's husband tried to save her but could not and first responders were unable to revive.
On Saturday, a man jumped off his boat in the Intracoastal in West Palm Beach to retrieve a fishing rod and didn't return.
West Palm Beach Fire Rescue divers found his body ten feet below the surface and pulled him to shore. The victim was later pronounced dead at Good Samaritan Hospital.
And on Sunday, one person was found dead in a lake in the Winston Trails community near Lake Worth.
An investigation is underway to determine the cause of death.
