A woman arrested in the murder of her son more than 30 years ago is due in court this morning.
Amy Elizabeth Fleming was picked up by U.S. Marshals in Boca last month and didn't fight extradition back to Nevada to face charges.
The 60-year old who went by the name Amy Luster back in 1986 claimed that she and her husband lost 3-year old Francillon Pierre at a swap meet near Las Vegas. The case was followed by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Officials say Fleming was living in Broward County.
