Palm Beach Restaurant Manager, Father & Illegal Immigrant Faces Deportation

The manager of a pizza place on Palm Beach, in this country illegally, is facing deportation.

Francisco Javier Gonzalez says ICE officials told him yesterday that he has to leave the country within three weeks.

He runs Pizza Al Fresco and now wears an ankle monitor.  Gonzalez came from Mexico as a teenager with what he thought was a valid visa, but was later deported.  He re-entered the country illegally in 2001 and hasn't been able to receive a green card, even after marrying his wife, a U.S. citizen.

The couple has three children, ages six to eleven.

Immigration officials told him he has to report back in two weeks with proof of a one-way ticket to Mexico and must leave the country by July 3rd.

Gonzalez is fighting deportation and plans to take his case to court.
