A "no swim" advisory has been issued for the DuBois Park Lagoon in Jupiter by the Florida Department of Health, Palm Beach County due to higher than normal levels of a dangerous bacteria, which could be the result of heavy rains.
Health officials sample water daily from 13 locations between Boca Raton and Jupiter.
The advisory will be lifted once a clean sample is taken. In the meantime, beachgoers are advised not to go into the water at the lagoon.
This does not affect Jupiter Beach.
