More Flooding Shuts Down Ballpark COVID-19 Test Site Again

The Health Care District of Palm Beach County announced it's closing COVID-19 testing at the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches Tuesday because of flooding from the Memorial Day weekend rains.

All patients scheduled for testing at the site on Tuesday can reschedule their appointments by calling the Health Care District’s COVID-19 Testing Hotline at 561-642-1000.

Meanwhile, more thunderstorms are expected Tuesday afternoon.

The test site was shut down on Friday due to flooding, but testing was scheduled to resume on Saturday. The site was scheduled to be closed on Sunday and Monday, Memorial Day.

The Health Care District has several other testing sites open at their primary care clinics in West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Delray Beach and Belle Glade with or without symptoms.

Testing for first responders and emergency workers is going on at the primary care clinic in Lantana.
