Antonio Brown Responds To Accusations Of Rape

Newly-signed New England Patriots wide receiver Antonio Brown is practicing with his team today, a day after his personal trainer files a rape suit against him federal court in Miami.

Head Coach Bill Belichick is not committing to an answer when it comes to whether or not Brown will play in the game Sunday against the Dolphins, he says they're taking things one day at a time.

Brown denies all of the allegations.

His agent Drew Rosenhaus tells "ESPN" they were anticipating these charges and they are doing everything they can to "let the truth come out."

Rosenhaus would not comment on whether or not he knew about any of this before Brown signed a 1-year contract worth up to 15-million-dollars.

YESTERDAY: New England Patriots star Antonio Brown is being accused of sexual assault in a lawsuit filed Tuesday.

In the lawsuit filed in the Southern District of Florida, Britney Taylor claims Brown sexually assaulted her on three occasions after the wide receiver hired her as a personal trainer.

The receiver's camp claims Taylor attempted to secure an investment from Brown for $1.6 million dollars, attempted to capitalize financially on her relationship with him, and that any sexual interaction between the two was consensual.

Two of the incidents happened in June of 2017 and the other in May of 2018.

The suit says the two met each other during their time at Central Michigan University.

Brown recently signed with the New England Patriots after being released by the Oakland Raiders following disputes with team officials.

He could face disciplinary action by the NFL under its personal conduct policy, but the league often waits until a legal case is resolved in court to make that decision.
