TAMPA -- The entire Tampa Bay area is under a flood watch through Friday morning.

National Weather Service meteorologist Richard Rude in Ruskin says high pressure in the Keys and a front moving into North Florida will bring more rain, to places where the ground is already saturated.

Rude says areas north of I-4 could see three to six inches of rain... two to three inches for places south of I-4.

Flood warnings are up for several rivers, including the Hillsborough River at Morris Bridge Road and Hillsborough River State Park, as well as the Peace River in .

Flooding has forced eight people out of their home in Zepnyrhills according to Pasco emergency management. Some residential flooding is also reported in Sumter County.
