The Fate Of Ultra Music Festival Under The Microscope In Miami Beach

The fate of Ultra Music Fest up for debate in Miami Beach. Commissioner Ricky Arriola wants to bring the 3-day electronic music festival to South Beach's Lummus Park next year as a way of making Spring Break safer. Miami Beach Police say they need 4-million next March alone to ensure public safety during Spring Break, Arriola argues the festival will only help them. Critics worry about the noise, traffic and rowdy crowds.
