Personal finance site Wallethub ranked more than 1,200 small cities across the country based on several metrics having to do with the business environment, business costs and access to resources within the municipalities.
Some of the categories include "most educated workforce," "cheapest office spaces" and "lowest labor costs."
Boca ranks 28th, with Riviera Beach the next highest ranking Palm Beach County city at 61.
Boynton Beach, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens and Royal Palm Beach are all in the Top 200.
The highest ranking Florida city is Fort Myers, at number 10.
The overall number one small city in the U.S. for a business startup to be successful is Holland, Michigan.
