A shopping and dining complex in Jupiter faces another lawsuit over the October electrocution death of a man.

20-year old Skyler Sparks has filed suit against Harbourside Place, claiming he owes medical bills from injuries he allegedly sustained while trying to rescue Nate Davenport and his kids from a fountain which had electrical currents running through the water.

42-year old Davenport was killed and Sparks claims he also suffered mental and emotional distress because he had to watch it.

Davenport's widow settled out of court with Harbourside Place last month, but the details were kept private.

Sparks is seeking $50,000.
