At the risk of falling or suffering burns, a bizarre and dangerous scene is unfolding in Miami. First responders are on the scene this morning at a cellphone tower off NW 29th St and 13th Avenue where a man said to have been impersonating a T-Mobile worker gained access to and has climbed up the tower.
Miami Fire Rescue and Miami Police are trying to secure the site and communicate with the man in his 50s and talk him down safely.
